No they are not identical. They are completely two different universes, both within the same Creation. Each universe also has dimensions/space-time configurations which is another aspect of Creation.

Is the Dern Universe Identical twins with the Dal Universe? I think Asket was hinting to everybody who reads this that Eduard is a true name given to him and the name Billy is a name from peers who pressured this name onto him.
